Project | Elegance in details – conference room with Avant Quartz 7700 Calacatta Marseille quartz surface

Contemporary offices increasingly resemble luxurious residential interiors – they are full of refined details, functional, but also representative. This is exactly what the conference room in our latest project is like, where Avant Quartz quartz surface became the centrepiece of the design. It is a space where style, comfort and durability meet, i.e. everything we expect from premium interiors today.

The strongest accent of this project is a massive conference table with a top made of 7700 Calacatta Marseille decor slab – deep black intersected by distinctive chalky veins with copper-orange accents. The unique pattern of the stone is impressive in itself, but the designers have gone a step further – the same decor also appears on the desk and a section of the wall cladding. This gives the whole room a consistent look without being overwhelming.

The use of a polished surface is no accident – light reflects off it subtly, giving the whole arrangement depth and elegance. Reflections from decorative lighting fixtures and natural daylight vary the atmosphere throughout the day.

However, design is not everything. In spaces that are used every day – for meetings, presentations, training sessions or conferences – durability is also important. Avant Quartz quartz surface is a material that copes well with intensive use: it is resistant to scratches, hot coffee cups and spilled drinks. It is also easy to keep clean, which is crucial in an office space.

The 7700 Calacatta Marseille decor is best suited to subtle spaces where it can play a leading role – just like in the conference room shown here. The result? A space with a distinct identity that impresses office visitors and promotes concentration and creative work.
