Your data will be processed in order to service your request for the time necessary for this purpose. The processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Dz. Urz. EU L No. 119 p. 1) (‘RODO’) in the legitimate interest of the Controller which is to handle your enquiry in accordance with the selected subject matter and to protect you against possible civil claims related to the handling of your enquiry. Data will be kept for no longer than is necessary to respond, after which time it may be processed until the expiry of the statute of limitations for any claims. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to correct, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to data processing.  In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO.
